  I drove thru for a double around 3:15 on a Saturday 4/4/26. The service was fantastic. Prompt, efficient, super fast, and friendly. The quality of the burger was top notch. I typically choose Wendy’s as they are the top tier of fast food. But this Johnstown location mote than meets expectations. Huge thumbs up to the employees!

  She went over my whole order with me word for word at the window sauce for sauce, I asked for 4 different sauces twice, and of course I get my bag and there’s only two ranches, and she has the nerve to say “it fell down on the side of the bag” to make us feel bad for asking for our sauces we knew we didn’t have, she was unpleasant the whole time, my girlfriends baconator fries were ice cold, I asked for extra mayo on my crispy chicken and it had no more than the one I ordered without it, they purposefully made me have a bad experience

  0-2 on trips there! Shut it down! Electronics do majority of work. Employees can’t get orders correct at non busy hours! Luckily for Wendy’s I don’t have a food allergy! I’d give this place a zero if it were possible!

  Order online and show up an hour after they open. No one answers the drive through and doors are locked. This location has gone down hill fast in the past few years.
