They are friendly and helpful, but I want my hamburger and free nuggets.

The drive thru worker never said a single word and never made eye contact. Zero customer service skills. I had to ask, "Is that everything?" He said, "yeah," as he was walking in the opposite direction of the drive thru window. I got no utensils for my baked potato and I specifically asked for sour cream and got NONE.
