The staff are friendly, but it seems they don’t know what they are doing. I wanted to add a coupon to my meal. I told the person ringing me up at the drive through, I want to add a coupon and they didn’t add the coupon, so I didn’t get my nuggets. They need more training and to listen to the customer better. They are friendly and helpful, but I want my hamburger and free nuggets.

I was charged for someone else's order. They couldn't refund it. I ended up paying for theirs and mine. Horrible service! Probably not going back to this location.

Food is fine. Service sucks. Went to the drive thru. I was handed 3 drinks and a bag of food at the window tonight, September 28th at 8pm. The drive thru worker never said a single word and never made eye contact. Zero customer service skills. I had to ask, "Is that everything?" He said, "yeah," as he was walking in the opposite direction of the drive thru window. I got no utensils for my baked potato and I specifically asked for sour cream and got NONE.
