I ordered 2 specialty pan pizzas 1 medium 2 topping and bread bites. The person answering the phone asked why I needed to speak with the manager and I let them know I had a problem with my order I had just received. They just left me on hold. I spent a good amount of money on this and everyone had to tear chunks out of the pizza with their hands if they wanted to eat. I ordered pizza because we weren't going to have utensils and a place to wash hands.

With the amount of pizza places in this small town one would think customer service would be better.

When finally ready I go to cash out and they wouldn't accept cash, so I waited all that time and wasted driving to leave without my food. Pathetic. If you dont want cash make it known when the order is placed, not after the order is finally finished
