When I asked her about it, she started shouting, behaving rudely, and showing a very bad attitude. Instead of accepting her mistake or apologizing, she dismissed me by saying, “Okay, bye, have a good night.” Another lady also came over, and she behaved the same way. For a moment, I honestly wondered if they even cared about treating customers with basic respect. The branch office or head office needs to know about this, because these employees should not be working in customer service. This is the worst place I’ve ever been to for food and service. If you visit, you will be disrespected, and it will be a complete waste of money and time. I’ve been to many Taco Bell locations, and unfortunately, this seems to be a common experience. The atmosphere at this location is unpleasant, and the customers there are also very disrespectful. No wonder the place is usually empty—it’s because of the way the employees behave. Right next door, there is a Chipotle where the employees are respectful and the service is much better. I strongly recommend avoiding this Taco Bell and choosing Chipotle instead.
