  I had a truly terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely poor, and the staff showed little to no professionalism. I ordered a bowl with rice, beans, carne asada, and cheese, but what I received was basically a kid-size portion, even though I paid for a full meal Half a spoon of rice Almost no beans A few pieces of meat And cheese Meanwhile, the customer in front of us received a large, fully stuffed burrito, which made it even more obvious that my portion was unacceptable. I asked if that was the normal amount of food, and the employee told me yes, even though it clearly wasn’t. They didn’t give me the guacamole or queso that i order, I had to go back and ask for them. Even then, I had to wait while my food got cold As I was finishing my meal, I found a HAIR in my food. At that point, I simply left the rest of my food and walked out. Completely unacceptable. The employees seemed uninterested and unmotivated, with no intention of providing good service. There was no attention, or professionalism. feeling completely ripped off. and I definitely do not recommend this place.

  8 people waiting in line for chicken. A 5 minute wait. These "8" customers told me to go ahead because ALL of them were waiting on chicken. The girls behind the counter refused to give me service, because those "8" were ahead of me. Even though they were the ones that let me go ahead because I didn't want chicken. There wasn't even a clean table in the place. While 4 employees were waiting for chicken, they should have been cleaning. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere.

  I don’t know who’s running this place but they need to do a better job. I’ve never come to a Chipotle and all they have is beans, rice, and plant based meat. It’s 20 minute wait on steak and chicken. All out of onions and peppers SMH……it’s also pretty nasty looking behind the counter. I mean you don’t have any food to serve all the customers are waiting in the dining area, the least you could do is clean with this downtime.

  UPDATE: As of November 19th, this is day 5 and I can't stop running to the bathroom. I've never had food poisoning like this and it's absolutely terrible. I'm calling the health department and potentially going to the ER if this goes another day. Severe cramps, can't eat anything or keep anything in me. I honestly don't know how there is anything left in me. This is terrible. Yall need to be investigated. ORIGINAL POST: I normally love Chipotle but my experience yesterday (November 13, 2025) for lunch. Had the steak burrito. The first thing I noticed while inline was a lack of cleanliness in the store. And if you read my previous reviews of any business I almost never have anything negative to say. While eating the taste was a little off, I actually couldn’t finish it which is also as rare as Hailey’s comet. I immediately drove home early from work because I already wasn’t feeling that well. This morning it hit me with all of its fury. I almost had an accident while dropping my daughter off… but not the kind of accident you might be thinking of… 😂 I needed to find a bathroom and like 10 mins ago…. So if you are there yesterday and felt like I did… that’s probably why. Final note, the taller girl preparing the food, was nice and you could tell working hard. The girl working the register acted like she was having a terrible day and I felt like I was bothering her asking her for chips. 😂

  At least the kids running the place were polite about being out of pico and lettuce. I would have used beans as filler but they were both crusty looking. I am about done even trying to eat at any Chipotle. There are two stores in the Dayton area that are out of things but they at least hang a sign on the door. This one just waited to tell you AFTER waiting in line. Being out of things would be more understandable if we were jerks and walked in at 9:45 for their 10:00 pm closing-it was 6:30. The trash cans in the bathroom and lobby were spilling onto the floor. The napkin dispenser was empty and there were two forks in the utensil holders. Horribly mismanaged, understaffed, or both.
