It’s 18:11 and they’re out of cheese and lettuce…really? Out of chicken the time before, and out of steak and Carne Asada the time before that. It’s sad because it’s good food but so hard to get a good experience here.

If you drive a SUV for a full size truck forget about it. We will not be ordering at this location ever. We thought it had changed but it has not. Do not order anything from this place. Save your money.

When we got up to order the girl had a bad attitude and said "it'll be 20 minutes for chicken or 30 for carne asada & steak, we're out of *half the ingredients*, out of chips & guac." So we left & went to the tbell next door. Save yourself the time & just go to tbell. They are way nicer. Honestly I've been to this chipotle several times & they skimp big time so it was probably a better outcome for me anyway.
