  Like going thru drive thru early mornin lady always answers( good morning would love to take your order) she seems very caring, an sincere, need more people like her everywhere, hats off to her

  Usually this place is mediocre, it fits the low expectations set to convenience, however tonight was enough to prompt a quick review. We did curbside pick up as per usual and when the order did make it to the car the lady that brought it out all but threw it in the window. Upon checking the back there was no straws, no ice in the soda, the order was made incorrectly, and the fries were ice cold (this part is usual for this specific mcdonalds) so I called the store while still sitting in the pick up spot and asked for a straw and cup of ice. Ive just had surgery and we're heading out of town so I didnt want to go in. The lady that answered was sassy and rude, told me they didnt give out cups of ice unless I wanted to pay 69 cents, I said ok, well may I please have a straw? She said yes, hung up, and a few minutes later the same girl as before comes out tosses the straw in the window and runs back inside. No polite exchange, just full on tosses it in the window. Not a fan and I hate that this is the only "fast" and convenient restaurant in Jamestown.
