  Such beautiful exterior and interior design! Please never lay a corperate graybox finger on this wonderful time capsule, no matter how hard you want to! You took the ones in Plattsburgh, NY and Harrison, OH away from us, so do us a great big favor and keep some of these older stores around.

  Twas’ 19 days until Christmas and my family and I were out and about. Our stomachs grumbled, ached, and groaned so I reached for my mothers phone. I seen “Ironton McDonalds” was nearby so I went to my mother’s app and shouted “OH MY”!!! 20% off if you spend $10 or more. So we made a pit stop and ran to the door. We waited in line eyeing our deal, craving for our stomachs to finally be filled. We step up to the kid who wore reindeer gear and I stated “Can I get a burger, fries, and frappe my dear!” He quickly said “is that all for you today? After my family ordered we said “ We request one more thing today!” My mother snatched up her phone and smiled with cheer “can I use this coupon?” The employee trembled in fear… He told us to scan so we did just that. That’s when I first noticed the pesky gnat. The employee had a look of satisfaction and glee as he said “that’ll be 38.50” we frowned and we glared. We know that’s not right he said “my manager is over there.” She crumpled over and said “We won’t fix our mistake. That’s on the app.” I pondered why the app and store would be hand in hand. So I frowned as she crossed her pudgy hands “Thank you for your time your food will be right out” so we munched on our cold unsalted fries my mom almost lost a tooth in her overcooked chicken slice. The gnat flew over then flew away. He even agreed “They did them wrong today” we munch on our food until it twas’ no more. Then gathered up our thing, and walked out the door. It may have only been $7 and some change. But grouchy managers and employees chit chatting in a circle deserve to explain. I hope I never have to return, the thought of speaking to grouchy grinches makes my stomach churn.

  This McDonald's is always busy. It is sometimes hard to get in and out with the drive-thru line wrapped around the building.
