  I don't know why I even keep trying. Ordered breakfast from here on the app arrived & they were CLOSED! It was 8am. I've been sitting here waiting for my food now for 15 minutes. Placed that on the app too 10 minutes before I arrived. I ONLY GOT TWO ITEMS!!

  This Wendy's location never has it together during the lunch rush. I have waited 20 minutes in the drive thru on multiple occasions.

  I was staying at hotel close by. I wanted some food late, about 1030pn. I bought a chicken bacon ranch wrap. It was by far the worst meal I've ever had. The chicken was so hard, like bricks, I had to spit out. It was the worst decision going there, period. I cant say anything good. I spit ny 10 bucks back

  The worst. Not just Wendy's. The worst fast food place in the area. Typically slow service and usually rude. I went this evening and the young woman at the drive through window couldn't be bothered to say hello...or anything at all. She just stared at me with a pouting face like it was the worst thing in the world to be at work. When she handed me my order she didn't say thank you or have a nice day...nothing. This may not bother some people but I find it incredibly rude. Sadly, it is becoming all too common. We're paying more than ever for fast food and getting poorer and poorer quality and service. I know I will be spending far less of my money at these establishments and not another dime at this Wendy's.

  We have always been fans of wendys in general. We have never left a negative review for them before now. We just went through the drive-thru on our way to a basketball tournament for our boys and come to find out that we didn't get the requested butter, sour cream, salt and pepper for the baked potato and zero sauce for the two, four piece chicken tenders which obviously renders the meal incomplete and barley consumable. If we had more time we wouldn't be doing fast food. With that being said, I called and advised and was told I wouldn't be able to get refund later unless we bring the items back which is just bad business. It was a matter of principle that they should bring us back to even for the failed food experience which is the goal of this business. Instead I received push back and zero accountability or empathy. After seeing the business has an average of 3.4 stars it is not surprising as they are employing inadequate hunans to run this establishment and we look forward to having these people replaced with AI asap. We will never visit this wendys again. Buyer beware.
