  Took an hour and a half to receive a salad. We were informed the kitchen was “throwing it together” after an hour and it took a further half hour to receive the salad, which arrived with a quarter of a chicken breast that looked crumbled up under some lukewarm lettuce. Abysmal service, manager offered to knock off 20%. Wouldn’t recommend. Won’t be returning. Extremely disappointed in my experience

  First time playing topgolf it was pretty fun. Only got docked a point on atmosphere because the table beside us were younger guys who wouldn't stop swearing and being obnoxious.

  Great family outing at Topgolf Cleveland the golfing experience felt like nowhere else, with a fun point based system that kept things competitive and engaging. The Angry Birds and Sonic game modes made it even more exciting and kid friendly, turning swings into interactive challenges. My 8 year old son ended up winning most of the games, which made the whole experience even more fun and memorable for all of us.

  We had a very disappointing experience at Topgolf despite planning ahead and spending a significant amount of money for a night out. We reserved our bay a week in advance and paid the required deposit. When we arrived about 15 minutes early, we politely asked the front desk if there was any chance we could be placed on an upper level. The staff member at check-in responded in a very condescending tone and made it seem like we were unreasonable for even asking. Later, another employee explained that the upper levels were reserved for private parties. That would have been perfectly understandable had it simply been communicated kindly from the start. Once we were seated at our bay, the experience continued to be disappointing. Our server’s demeanor was also dismissive and condescending. When my husband asked about the point system used in the games, the response was “Yeah buddy, we do that for all the guests.” The tone felt unprofessional and unnecessary. Even the way the safety rules were delivered felt very immature, as if we were being spoken to like a group of teenagers rather than paying adult customers. Topgolf is not inexpensive. We spent over $200 between food, drinks, and bay time. In today’s economy, when customers choose to spend that kind of money on an experience, you expect a certain level of customer service. Unfortunately the overall atmosphere felt like very little effort was made to provide a welcoming or positive experience. Because of this, we unfortunately don’t plan on returning. I hope management takes situations like this seriously because the concept itself is great, but the customer service we experienced fell far short of expectations.

  So, we went to this place on Friday night and it’s our first time. Our friend recommended this place for my family because they had the fun features in their screens. Everything was okay in the beginning until the employees/manager, her name is Mia (according to the front desk employees) suddenly coming and just standing right behind us, watching us right after our time was done for the play. Mind you, it was less than 5 minutes right after our time is up and we just trying to finish our food. And this employees/manager coming to our table, staring and standing right behind us, didn’t say anything….just staring so closely, and left after we paying the server. It was so RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and NO MANNER! They seat us in the far right but the rest of the table beside us are empty. And we also tip our server almost 50% from what we ordered! I don’t understand what’s the problem with them! It’s our first time and will never go back again because the way their employees/manager treated us! Literally, we were just trying to eat our food right after our game time was up, and also trying to finish up the payment and got this type of treatment!
