- SYSonia Young3 days ago5.0I ordered online for delivery. The order process was smooth and was delivered during the time stated also, the young man who delivered my order was soo courteous and respectful.

The only inconvenience was we ordered mash potatoes and they said they didn't have any and suggested we substitute with a baked potato so we did with a chuckle. 15 mins after bringing our meals out, they brought out 2 servings of mash potatoes. We ordered 2 desserts to go and found out we only received one once we got back to our hotel.

By 830pm one table got food the other never did! I asked for mgr- it was the “Hostess”. Outback experience in Columbus OH & Ponciana Fl were the reason we selected to celebrate my dad’s first birthday in heaven at Outback. Our waitress received a healthy tip for doing her best and the manager who walked away without an apology or a response told her that this they did receive food & drinks didn’t have to pay check. Lack of Leadership is a direct reflection of the lack of service .
