  Girl making my food had gloves on. But she was playing on her phone with the gloves on and making sandwiches with the same gloves on. Do you have any idea how unsanitary that is?

  The food was decent, but the atmosphere completely ruined the experience. The manager, Donny (or Donald), was extremely rude and unprofessional. He made inappropriate and foul remarks and spoke to his female employees in a disrespectful way that was uncomfortable to witness. When I mentioned possibly contacting corporate, he responded by saying that he, the general manager, and the owner (James) would read complaints and laugh about them. That response alone shows a serious lack of accountability and respect for customers. I would not return based on the behavior of management, which reflects poorly on the entire establishment. Please don’t support this location. Their downtown location is amazing.

  Will never go back again. Horrible customer service. Staff was not friendly did not smile. Very disappointed.
