  We had an excellent dinner on a Sunday afternoon. The place is decorated beautifully and the service and food were outstanding. We're already planning a return visit when it's a little warmer and we can sit out on the patio.

  I was pleasantly surprised. This restaurant is connected to the hotel. The inside is beautifully decorated and nicely spaced out. Their menu has a variety of options to choose from, there's something for everyone. Our waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was attentive as well. The food was very good and prices are average. I got the birria quesadilla. It had a lot of flavor. I will definitely be back to sit on their patio for dinner.

  This is a solid spot for Mexican food—being part of a chain, you know what to expect, and the food is consistently good every time. The flavors are on point, and it’s a reliable choice when you’re craving something familiar. That said, the service at this particular location could definitely use some improvement. Orders can take a while and the overall experience isn’t always as smooth as it should be. With a little more attention to service, this place would easily match the quality of its food.

  My family has dined at this restaurant twice, each time with reservations made in advance. We are a large group of 25–30 people, and unfortunately, our most recent visit on Saturday, 4/19, was extremely disappointing. The service was poor from the start. The servers were rude, and we had to repeatedly ask for basic items like beverages and napkins. When I ordered my husband’s meal, I clearly pointed to the picture on the menu. However, his food came out incorrectly—he was given hard tacos instead of soft tacos, despite the menu clearly showing flour tortillas. When I brought this to the server’s attention, he told me I had ordered it incorrectly. I politely asked if it could be changed to flour tortillas, and he responded with visible frustration, saying “Let me check,” before taking the plate away with an attitude. Additionally, we felt rushed throughout the entire visit. We were hoping to take a moment to sing “Happy Birthday” to our relative, but the staff hurried us along and did not create a welcoming or accommodating environment. The overall atmosphere made us feel like we were not valued as customers. It is especially disappointing considering that, on both visits, our family spent over $300. Based on this experience, we have decided we will not be returning and will choose to dine elsewhere in the future.

  Omg my parents & i went up there around 2:30pm 4/16/26.. we seen pictures of the place and wanted to try something new when we arrived we walked in and waited to be seated a couple of staff seen us and did not give any type of proper customer service not even a "we will be right with you" i get it im in the service industry as well and i NEVER have been rude i work on my own on first shifts and still give great customer service no matter busy or slow!!! So we waited about 15-20 min for a table I finally asked if we could be greeted and the server said "uh yeah how many" then proceeded to walk away for another 5 minutes when he came to sit us he had a TERRIBLE DISGUSTING ATTITUDE!! And once sat we were never greeted servers just walking by looking but still no service! This was the most pathetic place ive been to the staff needs to be trained correctly or just fire everyone and hire new professional server who actually want to work and need the job !!!
