- THTialiegh HenryNov 29, 20251.0This morning 11/29/2025 I went to this location on Rockside rd & ordered a breakfast sandwich & burrito at 7:37am I was asked to move out past the door this wasn’t the problem I got my food at 7:44 and pulled off at 7:50 I sent my sandwich back across the parking lot be a corrected because it was the wrong one. My daughter was told on the speaker as the lobby wasn’t open, that I would have to call in & tell them my sandwich was wrong & I would have 72 hours to get another on. Which makes zero sense if the sandwich is in hand & she was already there. I have never heard of such a ridiculous policy
