Visited Topgolf Independence in Ohio and had a fantastic time. The facility is fun, modern, and great whether you’re there to practice your swing or just hang out with friends. The bays are spacious and comfortable, and the technology makes it really easy to enjoy hitting targets—even if you’re a beginner.
The food and drinks were tasty and came quickly, which added to the overall experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly. Whether you’re celebrating an event, going on a casual outing, or just looking for a fun way to spend a few hours, Topgolf Independence is a great choice.

It was my daughters 21st birthday, the service sucked Lets start with after spending over 200.00 we werent even offered to extend on our bay. But they wanted to move us...ok no cause by the time we got our food we only had 30 mins left...so from the time our server actually got our drinks in 20 mins after we got there we were able to order our apps. At 58 mins left we wanted to renew for another hour and were told no.
So with that said. 38 mins left we finally got our food had to eat quick and golf and take half our food home. I was told I could rebook for another lane but yet all our food was at our lane. Such a waste of 240.00 I wish we would of just went to Dave and Busters. It would have been more fun.

We were really disappointed with our night here. Came with the family which was group of 5. We looked online for availability and 90 minutes was $85 if we reserved. it was 7:30 and reservering bay said it would not be until 9 so decided to just do a walk in. When we got there they said it was a half hour wait which was fine because reserving was an hour. While waiting we ordered 2 martini's. mine was half full and tasted terrible. I went to the bartender and she just said thats how it is. My husband's martini was also not made right and we asked for something else but she said she could not do that. We then got the bay. The big driver golf club was old and the rubber part on it was falling off. The machine was not registering correctly (not alot just sometimes but made keep scoring pointless) Also when we went to pay 90 minutes was $93 instead of $85 as stated online. I mentioned to waiter and he just said he didnt know why. We normally do enjoy coming here once in a while but for the prices and what you get definitely not worth it. Most likely wouldn't come back. To expensive and not worth it.

Our food and drinks took an hour each on our two hour bay reservation and then we were told that we couldn’t extend our golf time due to reservations, we walked to the front desk and they were able to immediately get us another bay on another floor, once we got to the next bay it again took an hour for us to get our food and when we washed to extend, same answer, can’t because of reservations, on our way out I asked how long a wait would be and they said there’s no wait, so clearly there was no reservations, bad service, golf tracers were working 80% of the time

So I've been here multiple times. I have always had great gameplay. Service, not always, and I will always address it. Tonight, service was good, and I even told the manager and the server. But the gameplay was horrible. I asked for a manager about it as well. Our game was freezing and lagging horribly. The manager even witnessed the issue and called another manager over due to it. They were both able to witness it as well. And it was an issue from the start, which was addressed. I just felt horrible to make it a big deal until we had played for almost 2 hours, and it was consistent the entire time. They gave us some off the bill but in all reality I think a bit more could have been done about it since again we sat there for the last 30mins or so with nobody playing just our group talking about the experience. I was also told by a manager that we have to hit the ball atleast minimum 10ft in the air which I thought was crazy because my daughter is not capable at this time to even come close to that, but regardless the other two woman I had playing in the group hit the ball multiple times that high or even in the net and nothing happens for like 6 or 7 shots and then we get so aggravated with it we sit and wait and eventually move on to another person...Bay 131.....I just wish for a better outcome to result the gameplay issue vs just getting told issues that didn't make sense when the other bays playing the same game as us as we watch it goes smooth and we get told it could be due to the amount of ppl playing there tonight or just anything they could say to make us feel better...but in all reality there was something with the gameplay for just us as another manager said nobody else was having gameplay issues. I come play enough to know also its not like that. Then to top off the night, the bathroom i go in with one other person from my group before we leave and I had to tell an employee about their being blood splattered all over one of the toilets...just to add to a bad experience that was to top it off...and it reflect the entire night forsure
