Took 25 mins just to bring us water and also took 45 mins just to get the food and they still came back and said we’re working on it the wings was the appetizer they were over cooked we just left terrible. Don’t go here you will be disappointed.!

The server Franky was amazing from the start he was funny and social from the first sentence! The food wasn’t as impressive but you know what was? The manager Aiyana’s prompt and high-end service she was so polite and thoughtful. My best friend and I have years of customer service under our belts so we know about customer service and those two are the best of the best seriously it was like Franky came in with the lay up and Aiyana slammed dunk it! Can’t lose with them on your team.

I guess trying to think positive that this would be a good place to have dinner. (Notamp;@?!) to sum up our experience when we got there we were seated right away, but however, our food did not come out until I don't know when but we left after one hour maybe 20 minutes later (we left @ 7:10PM) still not receiving our food ....Our server Frankie was very polite and nice. He did his best to keep checking on our table to see if we received our order(as we did NOT), kudos to him even gave him a little tip for just his professionalism. Having two small children and waiting that long for our meals/orders (that never came)was absurd thank God my children are well behaved. We will not be going back to that restaurant location, independence, Outback Steakhouse. #DOBETTER
