A door dasher walked in and got served before me. The counter was disgusting and the steak wasn't cooked and mostly pink. I drove down the road to a different Chipotle. I'm not going to be ignored and get food poisoning on top of it.

The food always seems fresh, and the employees are always friendly and quick. The only two issues I have with the place are 1) It can certainly be cleaner, especially the drink station, and 2) Mobile ordering is actually slower than just waiting in line because the employees will wait to make your order until you come in and ask about it, even if it's past the pickup time. That's why I always just come in and wait in line. Even at the busiest time, I'm in and out in 15 minutes.
