  Very clean and respectful and quick. Best chipotle I’ve been to in a long time. Who ever is running it keep it up. Thank you to the line staff, one hell of a job.

  Received a large amount of moldy food on 2/3/26. Management was terrible and wasn’t willing to offer me a refund. Avoid at all costs.

  Avenger Chipotle's all over the US and this one is always out of product not very clean behind the counter. The young man who waited on me was extremely Pleasant and friendly but they were out of chicken fajitas chips it was only 7:00 p.m.. I think this particular store has a hard time keeping employees

  When you walk into the place and it is slightly dim. Walking into the place further, I could see it was to hide the level of filth. The line, (this is where the food is stored kept hot or cold for those that don't know) always looks like a bomb went off. It is not that hard to clean the crap off the line. I've worked in restaurants. There is no excuse for a line looking that despicable. I have been there 5 times in the evening for work dinner and 5 times it looked like that. I walk in and stand in line and wait. Despite me being the only customer in the place, no one comes to the line to greet me and ask me what I want. The fajita vegetables look like they've been in the holding tank forever. I wouldn't touch the steak if you paid me. And the guacamole was not stirred. It just sat there, super oxidized, and nasty looking. After not being paid attention to for a couple minutes, as people stood around and played on their phones. It wasn't until I directly walked up to the cash register that someone realized that I was there and needed help. The food looks so bad sitting in the wells I decided to get a mexican coke and walk out. The drink station was an absolute disaster and calamity, as many people have mentioned before. That hasn't changed one bit. Why couldn't this place be nice and clean like the Lakewood store, for any of the others that I have been to? I will tell you why. Accountsability starts at the top and works its way down. There is someone who works in that restaurant in management who runs things whose standards are not up to snuff. This is evident by the level of filthiness and uncleanliness in the place. If people treat their workplace like this, imagine what their home looks like. I love chipotle, and I would love to give this place a second chance. If issues are addressed, I will go back and update my review.

  The absolute worst Chipotle in existence. I tried to order food and they were out of literally every meat. Not one person was dining in, everyone was standing around talking that should have been working. When I asked what they did have he said “nothing, what you wanna do about it”. I didn’t want to do anything, just wanted a burrito. He seemed like he wanted to literally fight me. Never ever recommend going here. Personally offended, insulted, and had I not left, probably assaulted.
