- MWMarc W.Nov 14, 20254.0I work down the street and eat here for lunch every Friday. I don't know what these other reviews are talking about. I've never had a negative experience here. The food always seems fresh, and the employees are always friendly and quick. The only two issues I have with the place are 1) It can certainly be cleaner, especially the drink station, and 2) Mobile ordering is actually slower than just waiting in line because the employees will wait to make your order until you come in and ask about it, even if it's past the pickup time. That's why I always just come in and wait in line. Even at the busiest time, I'm in and out in 15 minutes.

- DDdman13091Oct 9, 20251.0Arguably the worst chipotle in Northeast Ohio. Service is always extremely slow, even off peak lunch/dinner times - which is normally when I eat. They are constantly out of some type of protein, let alone any of the toppings. Overall, the restaurant is pretty dirty too… the counter where they are serving food is always a mess… and where are the drink drinks/silverware is located hasn’t been cleaned in seemingly months. You often need to go to the counter and ask for a fork, because they are never restocked in that area. I work near this chipotle ( 2 minutes) and would rather drive to the location that is 15 minutes away, because of how much significantly better it is.
