    I visit this store twice in a row. It’s was food all over the floor. I went in the second time some food on the floor. They do not clean the floor so it makes me wonder if the move the counter or unclean up. It is the dirty one I have been too.

    I went to the location in independence on Rockside rd, and Victoria served us she was kind patient and very understanding as I had my sister and my mom with me and it was their first time she went above and beyond and came to our table to let us know not to forget about the Miso soup that you all offer. I was very pleased with her service it was refreshing. A BIG SHOUT OUT TO VICTORIA! thank you for showing that good customer service still exists.

    The food here is consistently good, which keeps us coming back. The only issue we’ve noticed is with the service, which can feel a bit slow at times. On one visit, they ran out of yum yum sauce for the customer ahead of us, and the cashier stepped away from the register to refill it, which caused the line to pause during a busy time. It might help to have extra sauces and ingredients prepared in advance, especially during peak hours, to keep things moving smoothly. We stopped in again recently, but there wasn’t anyone at the register or taking orders, so after waiting for a bit we decided to head somewhere else. With a little more consistency in service, this place would be even better.
