    Couldn't order Google said and Wendy's website says open at 6:30 am all the lights are off at 7:00 am I dont understand

    Wendy's is supposed to offer a "carnivore burger" for people on the carnivore diet. This location wouldn't serve me it to me without a bun. I won't come back.

    Unfriendly employees. Went through the drive thru and they forgot an item. My husband went inside to get it, and one of the employees stopped the girl and told her he was getting the manager to check the screen because he was sure that we didn't order that. (As my husband was holding the phone screen up showing our mobile order with the item on it.) In the end they checked and saw they missed it and gave us the item but they didn't even apologize or acknowledge my husband saying thank you even after they insinuated he was lying to get free food.

    Did not get order right. I order a float for my son and ask if the ice cream had egg in it. Some lady just told me she couldn't tell me if it had that ingredient. That I had to download the app on my phone or go inside to look at the ingredients on a poster. I told her what if my son had an allergy reaction at the moment and she didn't even care. They need a better management and more polite people there. This was one of my favourite Wendy's now it's the WORST!!!!!
