  Person did not know the menu, nor the prices of the food. He didn't even know what the sub of the day was.

  The staff at this location are extremely unprofessional and handled a situation with unnecessary hostility and public humiliation. When a gift card declined because the balance was slightly lower than the total amount due, the employee in question (Drew) loudly escalated the situation without any sort of discretion or professionalism. Additionally, he huffed and puffed at any question or request she had, threw bacon on her sub with a visibly irritated demeanor, and treated her like an inconvenience. To add insult to injury, rather than allowing the woman the opportunity to use another form of payment, he instead shouted to the entire store that her payment declined and snatched the food out of her hands. Follow-up phone calls to report this behavior were equally disappointing. Drew was the employee to answer the phone call. He responded with arrogance, dismissiveness, and a refusal to take accountability, offering no apology and no willingness to address the situation professionally. Customer service should never involve mocking, humiliating, or openly disrespecting customers. I would not recommend spending time or money at a location that treats anyone this way.

  My boyfriend and I went through the drive through tonight around 9:30 PM and were greeted kindly by Drew. He took our order, a Spicy Nacho Footlong & 2 double chocolate cookies. My boyfriend enjoyed his sub so much and we appreciated Drew doing such a good job taking care of us. He was very kind and i can’t wait to come back and see him!

  The girl was on duty Friday 11/14 at 5:45 she didn’t fill the dish for the beef like the people that we had before there was hardly any beef in the sub. We questioned her and she got very sarcastic. If she is working there the next time we will go somewhere else. She was rude to the woman before us also. Her behavior is consistent.

  Food and portions were good. The food prep area was clean. 1 lady working was nice the other younger one couldn't/ wouldn't smile if you gave her a winning lotto ticket. Thank cones l goodness for coupons because it's expensive without them.
