She was blonde wearing a yellow shirt stating “Manar” she refused to give us her name when my boyfriend asked for it. She stated “we don’t give out names” All we had asked for was a honey packet. We couldn’t get any of the workers attention, I yelled out “hey” as there was a sign saying if you need anything ask a crew member. I didn’t mean anything rude by it and the worker came over yelling and screaming that we were being disrespectful and that she was busy. We were very uncomfortable and left. No name tags worn. No gloves. My boyfriend had asked why no gloves were being worn since she wanted to be disrespectful and she told my boyfriend to worry about himself. He works in a kitchen btw and it was a simple question. Will not be back at all. Terrible customer service I honestly can’t believe it.
