Today unfortunately my fiancé's order of chips was not included in our to-go bag. I should've double checked that the order sticker matched the contents of the bag, but he was bummed out. The employees here are mostly friendly and pleasant; occasionally not so much. Chipotle is delicious, but this location has been going noticeably downhill.

Cold to the touch when finally bagged and given to me. Asked for them to be remade but was refused. When I actually ate my cold chicken bowl there were about 5 pieces of chicken. Won't be getting take-out from here again.

I drove 20 minutes to come here I arrived at 10:05pm on December 19th i was not greeted by one employee I had to Waite five minutes for a man to finish cleaning just for him to tell me they don’t have any more white rice, no chicken and not burnt overcooked steak. What a waste of time. I truly hope this location closes soon it’s ran terribly and most of the workers here lack customer service skills
