Visiting from out of town, I had to trust my sister and order a few taco specials. Delicious flavors and huge portions! The flavors they used were aggressive, heavily seasoned, and memorable. One taco impressed me because it superimposed a toasted tortilla inside the taco, stealing crunchwrap vibes. Gave it great texture! They have a pencil-and-paper, sushi restaurant type ordering system which felt a bit overwhelming and like homework, so I’d recommend just checking off a few tacos from the specials list and calling it a day. The service was pretty good, but either from inexperience or perhaps sneaky intentions, they doubled the number of tacos we ordered on the bill. They went back to correct the error, so I guess watch what they’re charging you.

This will be our last time to frequent the Hudson location. The restaurant was not full and the food took well over an hour to arrive at our table. Our waitress told us that ours was the last order being made in the kitchen and she apologized several times for the delay. Our food was warm at best when it finally did arrive. They were out a couple on tap beers and they managed to screw up our margaritas the first go around. We did manage to catch a glimpse of the manager and several staff members chatting in the office while there was apparently only one person working in the kitchen. None of our three visits to Hudson have been great but today has been the worst!
