  The young man at the counter taking orders is the ENTIRE reason you're getting 5 stars on service. He is lovely. Very nice, he took his time, no rushing... simply pleasant. Thank you Store had no diet soda anywhere in the building also served Pepsi... bummer. Food is marginal and typical. Quality is lacking as the employees don't seem to take pride in what they're serving. You can do better. To the young guy taking orders... you're a superstar! Keep up the great work.

  Placed a delivery order online at 4.20 for a 6 p m. delivery. By 6.40 order still was not delivered. When I called at 6.15, was told driver was running late. At 6.40 i called and driver still wasn't there, my food was still sitting on the counter waiting to be delivered. No solution was offered by the store, only a half hearted apology, so I canceled the order. Will not order from there again. Very bad customer service and unreliable delivery.

  Well I ordered a southwest salad Sam salad I get every time I don’t get the correct salad my avocado wasn’t on it I ask for extra southwest sauce and Barry has any on there very disappointed didn’t even have the correct salad mix

  The service at Panera makes the place for me. I’ve never been to one where they haven’t been friendly and professional. And there’s almost always somewhere to get work done.

  I ordered my food two surprise my mom and when I went through the drive through to pick it up, I could not believe how fast and friendly the service was.
