  Half the staff appeared to be in break. I was the only “guest” at the time. I had to order at the kiosk. The restaurant was filthy. Every table was dirty. Not a single one was cleared off. The floor was filthy. There was no ketchup (both bins were empty) and they were almost out of napkins. The bathroom was dirty. The faucet is odd and would it turn off all the way unless you turned the water to cold (the handle hits the sink otherwise). There is no trash can in the bathroom at all. I mention the bathroom because immediately after finishing my meal, I had to run there to paint the toilet. Avoid. This. One.

  The sausage mcmuffin was great. However, the iced Caramel Macchiato was almost totally as light as milk. I asked them to re-do but it didnt come out much better. I love using the app. The points seem to add up fast.

  UPDATE: I'd like to address the reply from McDonald's which states "We’d like to look into this further for you. Please Contact Us". I have contacted them numerous times regarding this issue. I say as much in the original review. It is clear they do not read these, and are simply spaming links to their customer care page to appear responsive. ------ In December I placed an online order for pickup. After waiting about 10 minutes we went to the restaurant and checked into our spot. After 30 minutes of waiting with the app saying our order was still processing and watching numerous customers that arrived after us served and sent on their way I went into the restaurant. The employee at the counter first accused me of not checking in “if you don’t check in we don’t know you’re here”. I showed them my phone (they then took the liberty to scroll on my device without asking) and that I had in fact been checked in for a good while. They then stated “well it’s ont on our screen” turned to a small table and handed me my food, now cold, without any apologies or attempt to make it better by replacing it with hot food. We threw out much of it when we got home as it was inedible at that point. I needed to get home, so I didn’t ask to speak to management that night. Especially since it was dinner rush. I then contacted McDonalds through the app. Four attempts and the only response I got was from a restaurant in Colorado over a month later. Attempts to contact them through Scotts Family McDonalds page also went without any response outside of the canned corporate McDonalds response. I have over 10,000 points in the app which expired on the first of the month, and I was not even a little tempted to use them after this incident. Previous experiences there were mostly what you’d expect of a McDonald’s, some fell short of that expectation, but this was a new level of poor customer service.
