- TST. S.3 days ago1.0I recently purchased a couple smoothies at this location. As I was drinking my smoothie, I sucked through the straw a small round piece of metal, looked like a small piercing, but not for sure. But luckily I did not swallow this!. I was proactive and letting the manager know of this location and she was very apologetic and seemed concerned and said that she would send me out a $25 gift card for this mishap It has been over a month now, and I have even followed back up with the manager and got no response. I feel this is very bad business practice as a business owner myself and if you tell someone that you're going to send a person a $25 gift card, I think it's in your best interest to follow through with that. Otherwise, the concern and the apologies was not really a concern after all, I will not return to this location. I was reading through some of the reviews before I left this review and there is quite a few bad reviews here.
