    I sat in the drive through line for 11 solid minutes. I ordered ahead of time and thought this would be fast, I should have ordered for counter pick up. But the employees were nice and the food was good.

    Waited almost a hour for an incorrect order. It was one of the better Taco Bells in the area maybe a year ago, but no way will I be back. I'll travel out of my way for better service.

    This is the slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. And I don’t make this review after one visit. Maybe once is a fluke. But this is now the fourth time in a row I’ve come here over a span of like 5 months, and they are unbelievably slow every single time, and even when they aren’t really particularly busy. Not only that, but they forget food items almost every time. The food itself is usually hot and good, but if you come here, expect to wait 25-30 minutes for your food and for them to forget the main burrito in your box if you don’t actively check your order for correctness before you leave.

    Worst service, went back thru for the two items they forgot and one cold. Just to get home and realize everything was not made to order like asked and cold. Very disappointing and never going back 😕

    Service is terrible, had to wait 25 minutes in the drive thru. Seriously wondering how they're still allowed to operate this establishment. The food is always subpar to even Taco Bell standards. The staff was absolute unapologetic to the wait time and they literally rolled their eyes at me when I questioned their service.
