  I placed an order for pick up and one item was missed. I called the store, and spoke to Justice. Justice immediately refunded the purchase price, and offered me a credit to use in the future at his store. He not only resolved the issue, he went the extra step. Great customer service!

  They've gotten my order wrong so many times at this point, it's astounding. They often forget to give the sides, make the order wrong, skimp on the amount, and just got the wrong sandwich, and it was so wrong, it didn't even have the correct toppings for the wrong sandwich. That is an impressive new low. Avoid at all costs until they get new management or something. Op, update, they refunded the sandwich they messed up, and I just had to pay additional because they messed up and it was no longer a pick two. Amazing.

  Twice now- I have ordered a WHOLE Med &Grains Salad with extra hummus which costs $1.39 online and employees are giving half portions as whole salads. Tonight I received 1 dollop of hummus in 2 separate whole salads. When I came in to verify and ask why there is only 1.. the front counter young girl looked under the influence, could not answer my questions, did not apologize, did not offer to get the manager. I purchase this same salad with extra hummus and from all other surrounding locations and the whole salad always come with 4 dollops of hummus. I will not be ordering from this location anymore. Again- they are giving half salad portions when customers are ordering and paying for whole salads. Employees seem under the influence, no customer skills. Please do better!

  I went thru drive thru,this is about the 5th time I got this guy,doesn't ask for panera number,so miserable,get to window doesn't even acknowledge your there,hand over cc ,no receipt doesn't even ask,no thank you no nothing.I don't know his name because no receipt.Working window 11 am 1-22, tried to call to talk to a mgr but no one answered.

  Clearly management does not care about this location but here’s another review. This is how my sandwich came out looking less than 5min after I ordered and there is a hair under the spoon. But the worst part was the unprofessional and rude staff. The girl working the register was talking on the phone in her AirPods to someone in between me ordering. You could hear the back kitchen staff carrying on while they were blaring their own music so that you were hearing theirs and the restaurant’s music at the same time. Panera has majorly declined in recent years and I will definitely not be back to this location.
