Such a terrible location. Hands down one of the worst restaurants in the area. Slow. Foods consistently terrible. The service is even worse. Its strange going to a business and getting treated like an inconvenience

It was late at night. I couldn't see the gentleman's name tag. He was a slim, young man working by himself and had long braids or dreads. I felt the need to leave feedback, saying he was polite, honest, efficient, and quick. It was the best service I've received in a long time from Arby's. I wasn't expecting him to be taking orders as it was five minutes to closing, but I'm glad I took the chance. He made the experience on a whole other level of positivity and excellence. I will definitely be spreading the word and returning, maybe in 24 hours, just because of that service from that gentleman. I wasn't expecting that at all. He was glad to be there, and it showed excellent customer service. I've been in the business for over 20 years. Thank you so much.
