- DLDynver LovettMar 22, 20262.0i recently went to the huber heights location (march 22nd at around 1:45pm) and received terrible customer service. there were atleast 6-7 workers on and we didn’t leave the store until 2:10pm. workers were joking around, talking to each other and not assisting the line of people that were almost out of the door. staff members kept leaving the floor for bathroom breaks (which they made known out loud) and continued talking to each other before helping the customers. this is my first time experience such horrible customer service at this location.update: the food was horrible lol. i’ve never had a worse experience at chipotle
