  Went around 7pm on Sunday…Food was lukewarm constantly forgetting food waited so long I debated leaving while the store was empty. Workers were rude when I asked about my missing food. Truly not sure if I’ll ever be back until they work on their service! I didn’t even finish my food I was so upset. I rlly love Arby’s and I’ve always loved too bad it’s going downhill.

  Got the Angus Cheese Steak and was very underwhelmed. Tasted like ground beef with cheese and onions in it. Not worth the price they're getting. Curly Fries were good though. It was mostly a blah experience.

  The girl at the window handed me my drink and I said thank you and she closed the window without a response. She gave me my debit card and I said thank you and again no response. Then while she was waiting on my food to come up she continuously played for her hair over and over stroking her long braids around all that food. I decided to write this instead of telling her and making the service worse for the people in line behind me. If I spend $12.00 on a sandwich, fries and a drink a smile and courtesy would make it nicer. Not being handed food by someone who has been playing with her hair and scratching her head before she handled my food.

  Only 2 cars ahead of me in the drivethru. Hasn't moved in 25 minutes. March 11, 2026 640pm. 2 people running the entire place today. Won't be back.

  Ordered a large fry and they gave me this, ontop of that all the food was poorly made with barely anything on my sandwich.
