  As I sit here waiting for my order since we ordered through the app. The guy that was putting together the order grunted at me when he confirmed who I was here for and then proceeded to say “no offense”. Then asked if this was for a party and when I said “no, just a larger family” there’s 5 of us. He then asked if we could give them a 24 hour notice if purchasing more than 5 subs. Then on top of all that didn’t have any salad bowls, and when I asked if there is a way to refund it, he stated “I don’t know, I can get my manager on the phone but they are a 20-30 minute wait” then I had to carry the subs out bc they are also, all out of bags.

  I ordered from this location and 2 hours later they close the store down. Didn’t even make my food, didn’t get it delivered, and I wasn’t refunded at all. I don’t even live in Hubbard and they’re trying to tell me to come all the way there out of town to get my food.

  Honestly one of the best sandwiches I have had here was made by Logan. Five stars.

  Disgusting!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! The workers have no idea what they are doing. This is the second time I had an issue and I will never be back. Came home and my bread is so stale you can’t even eat it.

  WORST SUBWAY IN AMERICA!!!!!!! This place is run by a group of trashy employees who are the rudest people anywhere. Dirty heating and cooling vents blowing dirt in the drinks and ice bin. Dirty floors, Staff untrained and cant keep orders straight, Manager states they are not trained to be courteous just to work so they can speak to customers however they want . This place needs shut down. Dirty and unsanitary with a Rouge management group and employees . If I could leave zero stars I would.
