  Floors are kind of greasy and The men's bathroom floor was extremely wet like the urinals were leaking

  Courtney and the morning staff were amazing and easily accommodated our group of 55 for breakfast. No issues, in and out within 40 minutes. Great, friendly service!

  This location (Hubbard) and McDonald’s Corporate are currently refuting a refund for a service they never provided. On 3/14/26, I placed a mobile order. I arrived to find the store dark/closed due to a power outage. The app took my payment anyway. When I returned the next day, the manager was completely apathetic, offered no apology for the wasted gas/time, and told me it was my "burden" to contact corporate. I have since opened Case #35771101 and have been ignored for over a week despite providing the order number, time, and location. They are effectively stealing from local customers by keeping the mobile app active during outages and then using bureaucratic "red tape" to prevent refunds. If you value your money and your time, stay away. I am now forced to escalate this to the Ohio Attorney General and my bank for "Services Not Rendered." Total incompetence from the local management to the corporate level.
