    Lately, this location doesn’t make any of my drinks right. They’re half filled and taste bad. They’re slow to take an order and inside wait times are disastrous. You can get through the drive though with 30 cars infront of you faster than you can if you walked in and were the only person in line.

    I don’t Normally review, but I go to this Dunkin a lot Because it’s on the way to my way to my boyfriends work in the morning and this is a reoccurring issue I got two loaded hashbrowns today with extra bacon and extra cheese. They constantly charge me for the extra Bacon and cheese, but never give me the cheese. I tried calling four times this morning and they have yet to even answer the call. They took their phone off the line. The one time I waited in line for 15 minutes for my order to be wrong. I live all the way in Louisville So by the time that I already got home from Hubbard and I realize my food is yet again wrong, All I’m going to do is going to be able to call and they don’t even answer their phone, It is outrageous how poorly the service can be in the morning

    Who is ever working today October 7th at 4:00 am really needs to be fired. It's absolutely pathetic I've watched multiple cars leave the line because nobody's getting serviced and then there's only one car at the window and they're taking 10 plus minutes for One customer.
