  I stop here every morning before work cause I work down the road from here the last few days I have stopped my coffee has been so bad I can’t even drink it and today I got my coffee and I ordered to hash brown and the hash browns were cold and still frozen in middle of them and my coffee just tasted like water with a hint of caramel so I’m not sure what going on there but something needs to be done soon hopefully this is getting crazy anymore

  Rude staff and incredibly slow service. This Dunkin is in a very busy area, and it either needs to be completely taken over by new management or shut down entirely. ​They desperately need to hire staff who are actually trained. When people stop here, they expect to get the food they paid for and be treated with basic respect—neither of which happens at this location. I am never coming back here. Honestly, if I ever did, I know I would have to stand there and argue just to get my order right. ​To make matters worse, there is no way to even report this. Customer support is completely unreachable. Do better.

  Absolutely awful start to my day. I was already running late for work but was starving, so I stopped in hoping to grab a quick egg and cheese croissant. I had to repeat my simple order multiple times at the speaker, which wasted even more time. Then, after all that, I get to the counter to pick it up and they still managed to get the order completely wrong! It is incredibly frustrating when you are in a rush. The staff here desperately needs better training on basic order accuracy. To top it all off, the coffee just sucks. A complete waste of time and a terrible morning

  Worst experience ever. I’ve had issues here before, but today was just terrible. I sat in the drive-thru line for 10 minutes. When I finally got to the speaker, no one said a word. I was completely ignored. After 5 minutes of just sitting there, a lady finally asked for my order. I had to repeat it THREE times—and she still got it wrong! ​The staff at this Dunkin is awful. It’s supposed to be fast food, or at least get the order right. But no. Half the time the food is uncooked, missing items, or freezing cold. My coffee today was barely warm and completely cold after two sips. They got my order wrong and asked me to wait a couple of minutes. Everyone comes here on their way to office or work. I rushed out canceling my order. I am done with this place. Save your money and go somewhere else!

  Absolutely a terrible experience. Guy running register was flustered, rude and not helpful at all. I go to Dunkin every day and made a special trip for the I dough box promotion. I was meant with a rude response of we haven’t opened those yet and should come back when manager is in around 4 hours later. Had plans and couldn’t come back so I drove to the next Dunkin which had no problems getting it handled. This location in Hubbard should either be closed or at least managed better.
