  Stopped by after my son's basketball game and ordered a protein bowl, pizza sub and a Philly steak sub. The girl Name Madison was working. She was very polite and on top of preparing my order. During the making our sandwiches she kept saying if everything was okay with the sandwiches. Also she kept everything neatly and clean in her work area. She is a example of a good employee and Subway should pay good employee like this more money to keep good people like this!! Thank you Madison for all of your hard work and your wonderful attitude.

  Diane obviously hates her job- should not be serving the public… VERY rude! Yelled at all the customers in line to know what they want before they get to the counter & then yelled at everyone that the didn’t talk loud enough.

  Diane was working and she was not respectful to customers. She was very rude and snarky to everyone that walked in the door. There was 6 customers in the store at once and each one of us was met with disrespect and scoffing while she made our subs or protein bowls. If you have kids don’t let them try and order their food or pick out topping themselves, she gets even more frustrated when a kid wants to choose for themselves. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 10 minutes to go to Millersburg subway. The employees there are so much more kind and don’t scoff at you for wanting a topping added or another condiment on your sandwich.

  Subway Holmesville sucks. Got a salad. Said lettuce was fresh it was put out yesterday. Seen date on side of the pan. It wasn't fresh. Got it home and the cucumbers had been frozen along with the tomatoes. Said they didn't have another pan of lettuce. No red onion either. Pathetic to say the least.
