  Guy working at the drive thru has a very nasty attitude. There is no name listed under cashier unfortunately but he needs a replacement. And once I opened my bag, the bread was just thrown in there no bag or anything. The salad was supposed to be a full salad but the container is half empty. Very underwhelming.

  Panera always has great food with seasonal specials. The wait staff is very friendly and enjoy helping.

  You would think a company such as Panera would have gluten-free breads options. Annoying.

  everytime i ask for honey walnut cream cheese yall say okay then when i get home and dig through my bag i see i have plain cream cheese… yes “thats on me”…….👀🤨for not CHECKING YALL JOB before i pull off especially because this isn’t the first time this has happened but this is a problem that needs to be fixed on YALL end…..this the fourth time yall done played me. just say you dont have it.

  I realize this was partially my mistake but considering I ordered a chicken avocado bacon lettuce tomato sandwich and tried to order it with no bacon and received two pieces of bread with a couple slices of bacon only is ridiculous. They have my contact info. It could have been an easy fix. To get charged full price for an already outrageously priced sandwich is uncalled for. Do better. If I could give this a zero I would.
