  Went through the drive through yesterday and ordered a double quarter pounder and a crispy Mc Chicken Deluxe. The girl at the window came up and verified my order then came back and handed me my bag a moment later. I left and when I opened the bag, it was a single quarter pounder and a regular crispy Mc Chicken instead of the deluxe. This level of service and quality has unfortunately become pretty expected at this location.

  Dirty. Except at least a 30 minute wait inside just to receive everything wrong. No friendly welcome. They completely ignore the dining room customers

  They never have ice cream! The machine has been down since I moved to this area last year. Maybe I just miss all the days it's working. And they close at the weirdest times.

  Had a worker walk past me two times when I finally gave up and used the stupid kiosk. Then he decided the was going to do something and rang out someone else how showed up 20 mins after me. Guess what McDonalds I want a discount if I have to do the work. Consumers are doing more and more work with the self check out why aren't prices coming down if you aren't paying anyone to take the orders?! Also, the kitchen staff cant be bothered to read screens and get orders right. I will not be coming back to this McDonalds.

  Order early, night staff is rude, orders be wrong or incomplete. If you complain about missing food or wrong order the manager, red hair with freckles will threaten to have you banned from restaurant when you just want what you pay for. When she works everything will come out wrong even the staff seem miserable
