  Worst experience I’ve ever had. The employees were busy talking among themselves and using their phones instead of preparing the food properly. I ordered a Mexican pizza for dine-in, and this happened twice—both times they were carelessly placing the toppings off to the side instead of properly on the pizza. What really frustrated me was that they were preparing takeout orders correctly right in front of me for a delivery driver, while my dine-in order was handled poorly. They continued chatting and didn’t seem to care about the quality of the food or customer service. To make it even more ridiculous, another customer had to run to the DoorDash driver to correct an order. Honestly, it was embarrassing to watch. Very disappointing experience overall.

  The AI hostes at the drive thru was interesting. The food was greasy and poor for what taco bell used to be. If I need fast food it won't be taco bell any longer.

  So I did an order online through the app order was completely wrong. I called the store spoke with the GM she was very nice she said no we care I promise we do. I said okay I did let her make it right I went up there the next day to get my order over my nacho fries were disgusting like very greasy and the bottle of what was left too lazy to make them fresh but whatever not even that my chalupa bread was broken all across the bottom very greasy and slapped together. I’m so pissed because this is try 2 and no better. I will never and I mean NEVER return back to this Taco Bell they really need to get it together because this is a horrible experience. How hard can it be to make things right and if it’s to hard to make correctly then take it off your damn menu.
