- JNjessie nidaJul 3, 20231.0Called ahead to the holland location to make sure they were participating in the footling BOGO deal, and was told that they were. Went into the store and was told that we would need to download the app and order online to take advantage of that, which they did not mention over the phone. Stood inside and downloaded the app and ordered and then was told “ oh I guess we are not doing the BOGO here”. That was after standing in the store for 20 minutes trying to get the app order situated. No one seemed to care or have the power to do the right thing and keep their word. Quite disappointing
