Then they asked if there was anything else they could grab. 10 minutes later nothing. 1 minute later someone comes to ask if we were waiting for anything told them the situation. Waited 15 more minutes and they brought out pie to substitute the shake. Waited so long that I ended up getting homesick.

Place wasn't busy at all but I sat waiting for 10 minutes and it still wasn't ready. A customer who came in after me and ordered at the kiosk got his food within in 3 -4 minutes. Ridiculous 11-13-2025: I literally pulled into the parking lot and at 10pm and as I was getting out of my vehicle to go inside and grab a to go order, the manager locked the door. The time on the door says the dining room closes at 11pm!! And calling into headquarters to talk to customer service was a complete wasteof time, but go ahead if tou want to get hung up on...Idc if I sound like a "Karen" this location is trash
