  Look at this pathetic bowl. Was supposed to be extra veggies and double chicken. Second bowl was supposed to be double steak. The ladies in front of us though that the guys were flirting with got great bowls though 🙄🙄

  I’ve always been a Chipotle enjoyer, and like most fast food regulars know, it’s all about location, location, location. When you find a good one, you stick with it. After moving to this side of Toledo a few years ago, I started my hunt for my Chipotle spot and landed at the Spring Meadows location. I’ve only been here twice, but both times left a bad taste in my mouth, metaphorically. The food itself is solid. The portions are fair, and the prep seems consistent. My issue is the cleanliness. The first time I visited, I wrote it off as maybe a bad night or new staff. But even then, the trash cans were full, food was scattered all over the counters, and dishes were piling up in the back. I started going to the Conant Street location instead, which was a way better experience. But when Conant temporarily closed for maintenance, I gave Spring Meadows another shot. Unfortunately, nothing had changed. Counters still covered in food, trash cans overflowing, and dishes stacked high. What really stood out was that there were plenty of employees, yet only one person actually serving food while another just stood at the register with no one to ring up. Don’t get me wrong, I still ate the food because it’s Chipotle and I’m not made of stone. But the overall vibe was just gross. There’s an old Seinfeld episode where Jerry sees a chef use the restroom and not wash his hands before returning to the kitchen. That’s kind of how I feel about this location. The food tastes fine, but you can’t stop thinking about how they metaphorically didn’t wash their hands.

  1:45pm 10/15/25. No steak, no chicken, no fajita vegetables. Waited in line 10 minutes to find this out. Terrible!

  Some Chipotle locations are better than others. This is not one of the good ones. Dirty, slow service, excessively small portions. This may be standard to all locations, but the quesadillas are a total rip off for the size of the entree.
