- KKKatie KnechtlyApr 9, 20261.0I went to this Wendy with a friend of mine. They our sandwiches wrong. My friend didn't even the same kind of meat that he ordered. When I took my wrong sandwich and my cold fries up to the counter the 20 something manager got an attitude with me. Very rude asked me what was wrong w my food. I received ketchup , mustard , pickle and onions. I ordered mayo pickle and lettuce. And the frys. Well they just sucked from the begining. My friend went to the bathroom to wash his hands before we ate. He let the very cold water run for 7 minutes. To never even get warm. 1001 Washington avenue 6001 to eat his food it was now getting cold. He approached the same manager to let her know there was only cold water in the bathroom. She informed him that's all they were required to have. Violation of board of Health right there. I will NEVER go back to this Wendy's. I will just wait untill I'm in Cincinnati to eat at Wendy's. Enter at your own risk

I watched people going inside and come right back outside and drive away because of the line or no one paying attn to them. They havd the same problem af ljnch and dinner. it's an on going issue.
