    Food is always fresh but the main reason for leaving a review is bc of the refusal to make cheesy cheddar burgers. It is the only thing I like to order from Wendy's bc of the price. Other locations nearby have told me all locations have this and that if they dont want to make it its bc they are lazy or dont want to do it. Today i had to order a baconator fry with the cheese sauce on the side with 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers just to get that cheese sauce they wouldn't sell it to me on the side or anything its like I mentioned the burgers and I instantly got blackballed🤣🤣 the lady at the speaker had a whole attitude in her tone just bc I asked for something I wanted please respond or ill just leave another review my next visit also didn't get my receipt IMAGINE THAT

    Every time I go to this store they mess up my food. I ordered a bacon baconnator tonight a $7+ dollar sandwich and got a junior bacon cheese burger a $3 much smaller burger. And any time I call to try to get an issue correct the phone goes unanswered!! I work in food service myself and I understand that people make mistake but I can never get them corrected because no one will answer. Think this is the last time I spend my hard earned money here.

    The manager James made my sandwich and I had ordered the Dave’s single. The burger had no ketchup on it, no tomato, nothing but onions and mayo. It was not busy at all and I’ve had to legitimately throw away food after seeing that he had made food with no gloves on. This man is a manager and has the gall to not use gloves! Imagine how they run this ship if there is absolutely no standard or discipline!
