Every time I go to this store they mess up my food. I ordered a bacon baconnator tonight a $7+ dollar sandwich and got a junior bacon cheese burger a $3 much smaller burger. And any time I call to try to get an issue correct the phone goes unanswered!! I work in food service myself and I understand that people make mistake but I can never get them corrected because no one will answer. Think this is the last time I spend my hard earned money here.

The manager James made my sandwich and I had ordered the Dave’s single. The burger had no ketchup on it, no tomato, nothing but onions and mayo. It was not busy at all and I’ve had to legitimately throw away food after seeing that he had made food with no gloves on. This man is a manager and has the gall to not use gloves! Imagine how they run this ship if there is absolutely no standard or discipline!

I've been eating at Wendy's for 50+ years and at this location for about 40 years. They remodeled a few years ago. Since I discovered the Son of Baconator a year ago, l haven't gone back to the Singles and Doubles I ate the first 50 years. Yum!
