The "manager" on duty informed us that he received no order and that since it was canceled, there was nothing he was going to do, and said we were "SOL." The instructions on the app said to speak to the store, and that was the response we got. Now we're stuck waiting for the funds to be credited back, which can take up to a week, so now we have no funds and no money for the order.
