  I'm going to start by asking, why is there NOT a ADA compliant door and why TH does the door open into the path of the ADA parking area so that handicap people have to walk out and around? Also there is no way some wheel chairs would fit through these door. MAJOR ISSUE. I will be contacting corporate bc that's BS. Usual Panera, overpriced and underwhelming. Order a full sandwich, received a half sandwich. Also why have a menu running behind the counter with the ordering area ahead of it, you can't see. Absolutely crap design. -10/10 would NOT RECOMMEND. They also were not keeping up with cleaning tables during lunch hour. Huge disappointment

  I have mixed feelings about this location. Sometimes the sandwiches are on point, and sometimes they are not. Portion size could definitely be better, and I wish they would pay attention to add ons.

  I normally don’t complain about much, let alone take the time to write reviews, but I was disappointed and surprised by the assistant manager’s attitude and professionalism. I’m a highly successful business owner and my company always goes the extra mile for our customers. The manager at the register appeared unhappy from the get go. I simply asked for my apple to be cut up and every Panera I’ve eaten at has always fulfilled this request. She said that will not cut my apple and when I asked why and informed her all other Paneras have over many years, she replied: “We are too busy and there’s a line”. I said, “hmm… ok, whatever”. There were literally two people on line behind me and there were at least two workers in the kitchen/serving area. I got a baguette instead. This incident happened at 1:15 today. No wonder this store isn’t rated very well.

  They've messed my order up multiple times but today was the last straw. I ordered 7 bagels(sliced and toasted) with 2 8oz cups of cream cheese for my coworkers. I was in a hurry so I didnt check the order when I picked it up. I received 7 sliced bagels with 0 of them toasted and only 1, 8oz container of cream cheese. So they ripped me off for $4 worth of cream cheese and toasted absolutely nothing
