  They messed up everything about my order. Gave me wrong sauce, an empty fry container, and completely just didn’t give me the large fry I ordered. Not only that but all the workers seemed to be friends. completely ignoring me and not even standing at the kiosk, joking around and overall not being pleasant.

  This location has messed up food orders more than any other fast food location across the USA. The amount of times I have received an incorrect order from the drive-thru window is astounding. The fact that I still manage to return and give them another chance is beyond me.

  I used to LOVE this store but, it has gone downhill unbelievably so! I went in tonight 03-24-26 8:00 p.m. only to hear - music ( in some foreign language ) blasting so loud it was a like a "bar" - there were other people - elderly - behind me in line arriving at the same time - we stood there at an EMPTY counter while no less than 5 employees walking by never saying a word nor looking our way? The music was so incredibly annoying and loud - I was shocked - thinking where is their manager? Finally - I physically had to step into the crew area and literally "shout" twice - "Hello?! Can someone help us please? ( this was to be heard over the music ) Finally, a young girl came from out of no where to assist, she was horrible with service, the food I was there to pick up was sitting on the counter the entire time I was there with the bag wide open - cold? Yep, you betcha! The manager came around the corner, shirt out of his pants, untucked, unkept, music still blasting so loud and did not even look our way - I am NOT exaggerating. I have gone to this store for over 15 years and it just keeps getting worse and worse, the food quality is pitiful now and the people inside do NOT care at all. I will be going to the Cemetery Road Hilliard location from now on - what a horrible experience for me and for the elderly behind me! Their words about this incident? "This is just the way it is now-a-days" - how sad is this? Horrible place now. I certainly hope the owner reads this post because it is awful there! Please, listen to the people telling you so. Who goes to McDonalds to be almost deafened by "bar" music in a foreign language?

  You know I wasn't going to write a review.. I go to the drive-thru and asked if I was using a code so I gave the girl the code for my food. I get up to the window and she gives me a price that I know that the code never worked but on my cell phone in the app says they have received the code I could not pull up another code to give them because it says been used... I told her what happen to the code and she told me I don't know. She insisted I pay in full. (Not giving full details on what code I used but that's why I went there). After she got very unprofessional she said hold on and can back with the total I was supposed to pay for... Then I got to the window and seen she was at the 2nd window didn't think much about it til I seen they took my bag away from the window and came back few minutes later.... I didn't get what I asked for and the cheeseburger well I had to assemble it. It was just throwed in the paper and half wrapped. And no the sandwich wasn't even tried to put together cause you don't put cheese under the bottom bun.. is this what I get for asking about her mistake and how is it I get the bad service... Like the theme goes your McDonald's if it was my id fired her to set an example. I go every Monday there and seems like the customers are inconvenience...

  Friendly crew. Can be a little bit slow on getting your order to you.....about 20 percent of the time.
