  Wondering why the employee when see us to approach to the door running from de counter and literally close the door on front our faces. That is unacceptable and unprofessional. 9:53PM Hilliard Rome Road

  Using the drive-thru here is a fun experience. Even if there are basically no other customers, I'll be told to pull ahead and wait either at the door or in a parking spot. I am then guaranteed an extra long wait before the surly staff eventually come out to hand me some mediocre food.

  They charge $0.50 for a single packet of sauce now. There no sauce with fries either. If I’d known before I paid, I’d have driven off. Absolute garbage.

  Prices keep rising. Staff gets cut. Pay doesn't go up and it's always understaffed. Easily the most consistently bad experience of any fast food place in the area. Sad because it used to be 10/10 every time

  Well i got say that this is now the worst wendy ever first i go to get some food and the darl skin lady asked what i wanted then was like told me to wait then said ok what is it then hold on a sec like she was one the phone then i told her what i wanted and she asked like 50 times what as if she didnt here me or didnt understand my perfect english ok i give her my order cool the guy at the register was cool very nice ok get to the window and the lady was like on the phone or something she was the one taking orders doesnt give me my drinks then some dark skin kinda of chubby guy looks kinda of femine looking gives me the food and ask if i have my drinks all ready no i dont have my drinks already cause his coworker was on the phone like i had said so i tell him no then he gives me the drinks i go to ask for barbecue and he closes the window in my face after i get the drinks so i stay at the window looking in and the lady taking order sees me and i wave and i tell her they didnt give me my bbq sauce for my nuggets and can i get some ketechup as well for my fries since they didnt even ask me so she goes and grabs the ketechup and told the guy he you didnt give him his bbq sauce guys tell her something and she tells me that he personal put them in the bag as if i was a lier or was trying to steal some damn bbq i told her know look in the bag again just in case nothing so i procede to show her my bag and he was like whatever in there and gave them to me in a bad maner like you didnt even put them in the bag and then you gonna call me a lier and say you did when clearly it was not in the bag and as i was eating my food guess what the bbq was not even in the bags like i was correct in the first place and he got bothered by it very disrespectful behavior towards customers and manner i will never eat her again and will make sure no one else does either
