  2/26/26 (evening around 7pm-ish) I placed a mobile app order in which I got $5 off since I’m a new user 😍 I’m not going to lie I had a bit of skepticism that they’d accurately make everything without errors or missing items because it was a larger order. Boy was I wrong. They got everything right and the food was piping hot even with my 24 minute commute (granted I did use a hot bag). The only issues are the Alfredo sauce has an odd aftertaste and the breadsticks could use more of a garlic flavor. But overall my family and I ate very satisfied. I wish they had a closer location to us but if the the service and food will be this fresh and welcoming we don’t mind making a trip! Shoutout to the hard working staff tonight! They’re doing a great job!!!

  I havent been to a Fazoli's since I lived in Indiana and when I went to this location (Which is the closest to me) I was excited to go since I wanted pasta. Once I arrived the place was actually really clean which was nice to see but once we ordered our food and sat down that is when everything started going wrong. I ordered the spicy chicken ziti and my chicken was extremely overcooked and my girlfriends dish was overcooked as well. The breadsticks were perfect and the cheesecake was great as well. Really sad that the food was overcooked and tasted weird

  Food tastes good, a little over priced, as it is almost as expensive as Olive Garden when you get a comparable meal, just no tip. The bread sticks are too soggy with "butter". They could save money and leave bread sticks plain and let you have your own butter to dip them in.
