Finally, I said I would just come to the drive through to get it myself! And when I got there, they couldn’t even find half my order! I was trying to avoid packing up toddlers, unpacking toddlers, interrupting our evening, and paying for services I never received. This is THE WORST run Donatos in Columbus. And now I’m wondering why I didn’t order from Grandad’s in the first place. They DESERVE the business- not dumb-natos.
