But then it just sat there for almost an hour! The driver only picked it up at 6:18 PM, and according to the tracker, went completely in the wrong direction. Now it’s showing an estimated delivery around 7 PM. And this is the second time in a row this has happened! Every time, all you offer is a useless coupon for the next order, which doesn’t even work when you try to use it later. And I’m still expected to tip the driver — for what exactly? For bringing cold food almost two hours late? To make things even worse, it’s impossible to reach anyone by phone! What’s the point of having a number if no one ever answers and everything is such a mess? And when the food finally arrived, the pizza was burned on top of everything else. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.
